Projection, sound, live-streaming and hybrid conference setups. We coordinate AV suppliers, test equipment ahead of the day and have backup in place.
Catering & Hospitality
Breakfast setups, working lunches, conference teas, gala dinners and bush sundowners. Full dietary requirement management included.
Delegate Management
Registration, name badges, delegate packs, communication schedules and airport-to-venue transfers for all attendees.
